QA Manager (M/V)

The QA Manager is responsible for the management and operational performance of the Quality department and the Quality related activities in O&M-Movianto Nederland BV.

The QA Manager acts as the named

Back –up Qualified Person for Movianto NL as described in Good Manufacturing Practice
Back-up Responsible Person for Movianto NL as described in Good Distribution Practice

The QA Manager has an eye on the legislation and  has the responsibility to act safely and environmentally conscious. All activities are performed conform to GxP (Benelux), ISO 9001 (Benelux) and ISO 13485

Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Ensuring that an effective quality management system (Change Control, deviation, CAPA, selfinspection,) is operating
  • Ensure compliance to Movianto procedures, ISO 9001 and 13485 as well as GxP legislation and regulatory expectations and requirements (in back up of the QP/RP)
  • Ensure that all regulatory obligations of the distribution and manufacturing authorization holder are fulfilled (in back up of the QP/RP)
  • Setting standards for quality
  • Ensure quality oversight for the Employee Training Program (in back up of the RP)
  • Provide QA and GxP training (in back up of the RP)
  • Provide QA and GxP consultancy if needed
  • Perform/Participate inspections and audits (in back up of the RP)
  • Provide quality oversight of suppliers and Perform supplier audits
  • Apply high ethical standards and professional conduct with clients and with the Has
  • Handle complaints and deviations (in back up of the RP)
  • Ensure traceability and follow up of recalls (in back up of the RP)
  • Ensure qualification/validation of systems/processes/facility (if needed) (in back up of the RP)
  • Support European projects
  • Perform Internal Audits for Movianto Group
  • As a member of the management team the employee should assist the site manager in the correct application of environmental legislation. He should  encourage his/her team to follow the  environmental guidelines and regulations in order to achieve the company’s environmental objectives.

Qualification and Skills:

  • Master degree in Industrial Pharmacy
  • Minimum 3 year experience within QA Management preferably in a Logistics Service Provider environment
  • People management skills
  • Excellent analytical skills and capability to adopt a critical approach to new problems
  • Ability to work independently, being pro-active in planning workload and preparation for upcoming tasks
  • Follow our goal for doing things ‘the first time right’
  • Good written and oral skills in English
  • Intermediate  Excel skills
  • Desire to work directly with clients.
  • Must have integrity and ethical mind-set.
