As a Customer Service Specialist, you’ll become a part of our marketing department—the team at the forefront of our global brand. This team values everyone’s voice and will give you the freedom to grow, expand your knowledge, and bring new ideas to the table.

As the voice of REV’IT!, you’ll play a key part in this—feeding back to the rest of the brand what our customers. We will provide you with all the training you need to understand our products and help our customers all over the world.


What does this mean in practice?

You’ll be the voice of our brand. Whether you’re answering a query about a specific product or helping a customer with their order—you’ll work amongst a team of customer service experts to build relationships and problem-solve. Understanding our products inside out, you’ll be eager to learn and impart your knowledge as you speak to customers over the phone and on email.

Your job will include:

 
  • Combining technical expertise with customer service to answer emails, eStore queries, and complaints.

  • Processing orders, returns, and after-sales.

  • Advising customers about collections, product availability, and specifications.

  • Helping with day-to-day operations and solving any issues by following up with customers efficiently.

  • Communicating calmly and professionally with customers on the phone and over email.

  • Translating customer experience feedback to find areas for improvement.

  • Helping to maintain the shop window on our website

  • Working with the ecommerce team and wider marketing department to keep the website up to date.

  • Collecting information from relevant departments to make sure each and every customer gets what they need.

This is a full-time position (40 hours per week). You’ll report to the Global Marketing Director.


Are you our ideal candidate?

We’re looking for a customer service expert who takes pride in making a difference to someone’s day. Never afraid of what’s around the corner. You’re ready to develop and grow as you immerse yourself in every aspect of our motorcycle products.

We expect:

 
  • 2+ years’ experience in a customer service or sales role and a keenness to share what you already know.

  • A good, solid knowledge of foreign languages and conversational fluency in either Germanic (German, Dutch, and English) or Latin (French, Spanish, and Italian).

  • The skills to respond eloquently, efficiently, and accurately to questions, comments, and feedback both on the phone and over email.

  • The drive to get things done and an ability to think quickly on your feet.

  • A keen motorcyclist, a desire to become one, or an eagerness to learn everything there is to know about motorcycling products.

  • Bonus: Experience working with the ecommerce platform, Magento 2.
